Logistics & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes 10 - 15 business days to reach most regions. Please note that:

Shipping times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays and weather events).

For remote areas, an additional 3 - 5 business days may be required for delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If the tracking information is not updated within 3 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer service team.

4. Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost (unless otherwise specified). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country/region.

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections.

5. Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local postal service or building management first. If you still can't locate it, contact our customer service within 7 days of the "delivered" status, and we will assist with an investigation or arrange a reshipment (if applicable).

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to most countries/regions, but we are unable to deliver to areas with restricted postal services. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for alternative solutions.
